Sprouts & Microgreens

We offer non-GMO, organic, locally grown sprouts and microgreens that are typically grown by the order. What does that mean? It means that you get the freshest product possible, minus all the nasty pesticides and genetically modified seeds!

What type of sprouts and microgreens do we offer?

For sprouts, you can choose from broccoli, alfalfa, sunflower seed, red clover, radish, or mung bean!

For Microgreens, you can choose from all the above except mung bean.

Wheatgrass is also available!

What’s the difference between sprouts and microgreens?

Sprouts are grown indoors in nothing but water. The entire sprout – root included – is usually consumed. There is typically a faster turnaround when you order sprouts.

Microgreens are grown outdoors in soil in shallow trays. They are miniature versions of their corresponding adult plants since we harvest them while still in “baby plant” form. Typically people do not eat the roots, like with sprouts. We trim the microgreens almost like you would cut grass – sprouts are harvested with their entirety used.

Is one healthier than the other? Not really – they are both amazing for your health! It’s more of a matter of preference. Sprouts go great with soups, sandwiches and salads. Microgreens go well in smoothies/green shakes, and also paired with soups, salads, sandwiches, etc.

Pricing

Sprouts/microgreens are all $3 an ounce.

Placing An Order

To order, you can call me at 352-619-7891, or text that number. You can also email me at greentealeigh@live.com. Or, you can simply use this form below instead.

Here’s what to do. Fill in your contact information, and then in the subject field, put what items you want and the quantities of each item. Then include what payment method you will be using. (I accept CashApp, Zelle, cash or check) Finally, please put what day and time you would prefer for pickup. I am usually available Monday through Friday for order pickups.

After you submit the form, I will reach out to you via your desired means of contact, and I will confirm the order with you. Payment is made on pickup. Pickup is at my home, the location of which I will disclose after you make your order. (This helps to protect my privacy from internet scam people, as my business is based out of my home!)
